While a phone number and address have been  provided, email is the best way to contact us. If you choose to phone us, and we are unavailable, please be sure to leave a complete message including the best time to return your call. The Beading Annex may be able to answer or return phone calls anywhere from 6:30am to 10pm EST.

Emails are normally returned within a few hours, if your email hasn't received a response within 2 business days, please send another email. It may not have gone through.

We do respond to all mail inquiries. Go ahead and snail mail those letters if you prefer.
