Hill Tribe Silver

Hill Tribe Silver are handmade silver items made by various hill tribes in Thailand. Each piece has a silver content of atleast 97%, which is a higher grade of silver than sterling silver. Sterling silver contains 92.5% silver. With the higher silver content, Hill Tribe silver tarnishes slower than sterling silver and the tarnish can often be easily removed with fresh lime juice (caution must be used to ensure other materials in the the item aren't damaged by the lime juice).
